Weight loss
and Weight Management
Do you
struggle to lose weight or maintain your ideal
weight? At EPT we don’t believe
in dieting. Weight loss can be achieved through
a structured programme of exercise and a healthy
diet surprisingly easily. All you need is a
little self-discipline and somebody to point you
in the right direction.
EPT has helped a wide
range of people to shift
those extra pounds. Losing
weight won’t only make
you look better but you’ll
feel a whole lot better
too.
Weight loss doesn’t happen
overnight, in fact the slower the better, but if
you follow a few simple principles you are
guaranteed to lose that excess weight for
good.

Nutritional
consultation
Forget about all
those “Fad” diets, there is only one way to eat
and that’s a healthy balanced diet, At
EPT we use a food diary as a tool to
analyse your current dietary habits. We
endeavour to tell you how you really should be
eating in order to achieve your ideal eight and
be as healthy as possible. The nutritional
consultation is designed to re-educate you about
food; what you should and shouldn’t be eating,
when you should be eating, how often you should
be eating, and how much you should be
eating.

Ski-conditioning
Many
people neglect to get into shape before a ski
holiday. Generally when we go skiing we head
straight from the office onto the slopes and
dive straight into a week or two of intense
physical activity. It’s not surprising that most
ski injuries and general aches and pains are the
result of inadequate preparation.
EPT Trainer spcialise in training to improve ski-specific fitness. If you really want to make the most of your annual ski trip this year it makes perfect sense to spend some time condioning yourself beforehand. Why suffer on the slopes when you could feel stronger, ski for longer and wake up without those sore and aching muscles?
